To protect participant privacy, the names of all anonymous signatories will be shielded under CPUC-sanctioned legal protections. Their identities will be treated as confidential, submitted under seal, and protected from public disclosure throughout the entire GPP proceeding, remaining fully protected even after the proceeding has formally closed.
